Training & Adoption
Generic Primavera P6 training evaporates within a week, because it teaches the tool in the abstract while your planners go home to their own messy projects. Training that sticks is role-based, runs on your own data, and is followed up — which is why I sell training and adoption as one service, not two.
Role-based, on your projects
Planners, schedulers, admins and managers need different things: a planner needs logic, calendars and baselines in the fingers; an admin needs security, structures and housekeeping; a manager needs to read a layout and ask the right questions in fifteen minutes. Each group gets its own curriculum, and exercises run on your projects — real WBS, real constraints, real deadlines — not canned demo data.
Training is available in English or Turkish, on-site or remote, and pairs naturally with an implementation rollout or a post-audit reset of standards.
Adoption: the part everyone skips
After go-live I track actual usage for an agreed period: who is updating on schedule, where data quality slips, which workarounds are creeping back in. Short follow-up clinics fix issues while they are still small. This is the difference between "we did the training" and "the team runs the system" — and it is the part organisations most often discover too late that they needed.
Frequently asked questions
Online or on-site?
Both work; hands-on sessions are equally effective remotely with screen-share and your environment. On-site blocks make sense for rollout weeks and can be combined with remote follow-ups.
Which languages do you train in?
English and Turkish, including mixed groups — materials in either language.
What group size works?
Hands-on sessions work best up to about eight people per group; awareness sessions for managers can be larger. Curricula are split accordingly.
