This notice explains how PlanP6 handles personal data, under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and consistent with GDPR principles. The rule is simple: only what is needed to reply to you, kept only as long as that takes.
What is collected, and why
When you use the contact form or email, only the information you provide is processed — name, company, work email and your message. It is used for one purpose: replying to your enquiry and arranging a conversation. No marketing lists, no newsletters, no profiling, no sale of data.
How long it is kept
Not long-term. Once an enquiry is concluded — whether or not it leads to work — the correspondence is deleted within a reasonable period. Where an engagement begins, only the contact details needed to run it are retained, for the duration of the engagement and any period required by contract or law.
Client and project confidentiality
Anything you share about your programmes, schedules or systems in the course of an enquiry is treated as confidential from the first message onwards, whether or not an NDA has been signed yet.
Who it is shared with
Nobody, other than the technical services required to deliver the message to me (form-delivery service and email provider).
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner. If visitor statistics are added later, a cookieless, privacy-preserving analytics service will be used.
Your rights
You may ask whether your data is held, and request its correction or deletion, by writing to the address on the contact page. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
