What I bring to your team
Fifteen-plus years of P6 EPPM delivery as an Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist, across construction, engineering, energy and defence, on programmes from single-contractor environments to Middle East gigaprojects. That covers the full lifecycle — requirements, design, configuration, documentation, migration, integration, reporting, training and audit — rather than one narrow slice of it.
Just as importantly: I am used to working inside someone else's methodology. Your templates, your deliverable formats, your client relationship, your brand in front of the client. No parallel agenda, no attempt to convert your client into mine — that discipline is why the arrangement keeps working.
Typical engagement shapes
- Specialist depth — you hold the client relationship; I do the P6-specific design, configuration or integration work your team is not staffed for.
- Surge cover — a programme goes hot, or a key person leaves mid-delivery, and you need senior hands who need no ramp-up on P6 itself.
- Independent review — a second opinion on a schedule or environment your team has inherited, delivered as your work product or as an explicitly independent audit.
- Training delivery — role-based P6 training for your client's teams, in English or Turkish.
Practical matters
Remote-first, based in Türkiye — which puts me in a working-hours band that overlaps both European and Gulf teams, and within short flying distance of both for on-site phases. I work under your NDA and, where required, client-specific confidentiality regimes; a large part of my defence-sector track record exists precisely because I handle those constraints without friction.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work white-label, under our brand?
Yes — that is the normal arrangement. Deliverables carry your templates and your name; I am your specialist resource, not a competing brand in front of your client.
Will you approach our clients directly afterwards?
No. Non-solicitation is a standard part of the agreements I sign, and I would consider it commercially self-defeating in any case — repeat consultancy relationships are worth more than one poached client.
Can you join at short notice?
Often, depending on current commitments. Because there is no ramp-up needed on P6 itself, a mid-programme start is realistic in a way it rarely is with a new hire.
Which regions do you cover?
Remote worldwide; on-site across Türkiye, Europe and the Gulf. My track record is concentrated in Türkiye and the Middle East.
