Questions I get asked first
Timings are estimates from past engagements, not quotes — the honest number depends on scope. Anything not covered here is a short call away.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a P6 EPPM implementation take?
For a single business unit, typically 12–16 weeks. Enterprise-wide with integrations, 20–30 weeks. The variable is rarely the software — it is how quickly decisions get made about coding structures, security and who owns what.
How long does an audit take?
A system and schedule audit usually runs 2–4 weeks, depending on how many projects are in scope. You get a prioritised findings list you can act on with anyone — there is no obligation to have me do the remediation.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Remote-first from Antalya, which overlaps European and Gulf working hours. On site where the phase genuinely calls for it — workshops, go-live, training.
Which P6 versions do you work with?
P6 EPPM and P6 Professional across the versions still in real use, plus Oracle Primavera Cloud. Also the surrounding stack: Unifier, Gateway, BI/Analytics Publisher and Power BI.
Do you resell Oracle licences?
No. I am independent and have no vendor quota, so when the honest answer is "you do not need a new platform, you need three weeks of reconfiguration", that is the answer you get.
How does an engagement start?
With a short call, not a proposal document. Fifteen minutes is usually enough to tell whether the problem is scheduling practice, configuration, data or reporting — and whether I am the right person for it.
Can you work under an NDA?
Yes, routinely. A large part of my defence-sector track record exists precisely because confidentiality constraints are handled without friction.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Turkish — including documentation and training material, not just conversation.
Let’s talk about your schedule
A short call is enough to see whether I can help. No obligations.
