This As-Built Schedule Report constitutes the official project record for the Nordic Wind Farm Phase 2 Offshore Array. All 312 activities are 100% complete. Actual start and actual finish dates have been verified against:
- Daily Construction Reports (DCRs) — 1,024 reports covering the full project duration
- Marine Installation Records (MIRs) — Verified by third-party marine warranty surveyor (Aqualis)
- Vendor/Subcontractor Monthly Reports — Cross-checked for all 8 major subcontract packages
- SCADA First Power Production logs — Confirming turbine energisation dates to the nearest hour
- Final Account and Cost Ledger — Reconciled to €312,400,000 actual project cost
